As part of the Quarteira Lab project, co-financed by the Environmental Fund, the Municipality of Loulé installed a Road Traffic Monitoring System on Avenida Carlos Mota Pinto.

This system allows you to count the vehicles that cross this point, differentiate between light and heavy vehicles and also measure the average speed.

This measure aims to collect concrete and measurable data that allow for more reliable information in the field of road mobility, supporting the decision-making process and allowing for a better management of urban mobility.
